95 % the pool, locked for good
3 % buy back and burn the pad coin
2 % the pad treasury
Pool trading fees: 50 % buy back and burn the pad coin, 30 % go to the coin’s creator, 20 % to the pad treasury. No instruction lets the team take a launch’s SOL. For now, the team can still update the rules. Later, they will be frozen for good.
The creator sets a name, the price of an era 1 rig, and a soft cap of at least 64 rigs and 1 SOL.
Five minutes to buy era 1 rigs in SOL, as SOLO or DEGEN. Below the soft cap, everyone is refunded.
Three eras of seven blocks, 30 s each. Your device, mobile or desktop, proves it is there at each block.
A public random draw closes the block. Shares under the target win a fixed payout.
Era 2 rigs cost half of era 1. Era 3 rigs cost half of era 2, times the crowd growth from era 1 to era 2, from ×½ to ×2.
After block 21 and two minutes to register the winners, the pool opens at 1.5× the mining cost of era 3. Your coins unlock over 20 minutes after the open.
01 · Rigs
A rig mines the seven blocks of one era, then it burns out. You buy it in SOL during the era before. Era 2 rigs cost half of era 1. Era 3 rigs cost half of era 2, times the crowd growth from era 1 to era 2, from ×½ to ×2.
| Era | Per block | Rig price |

| 3 | 214 285 | P2 / 2 × clamp(N2/N1, ½, 2) |
A maximum supply of 21 000 000. Coins that are never mined are never created. Half is mined over 21 blocks, half waits for the pool.
02 · Proof of Present Work
Each block, your browser searches a nonce whose SHA-256 starts with 20 zero bits. A few seconds on a recent device. Test yours below. One missed block per era is forgiven. It stops buyers who walk away. It does not stop bots.

03 · Blocks
A share wins when its hash falls under the target. A DEGEN rig wins eight times less often and is paid eight times more. In an era with less than 64 rigs of weight, DEGEN rigs mine as SOLO.

04 · Pool open
The pool opens with 95 % of the SOL paid for rigs. At the open, the pool price is 1.5× the mining cost of era 3: the SOL era 3 rigs paid for each coin they were expected to mine. If the reserve runs short, the open sits higher, never lower.
